Internet prices are subject to changes at any moment. The bookings made by Internet offer a special rate which cannot be applied to reservations made by telephone.

Our rates include:

• Taxes (IGIC or VAT).
• Unlimited mileage.
• Comprehensive insurance.

The insurance policy does not cover the following:

• Flat tires.
• Damage caused by dangerous driving.
• Damage caused by filling the tank with the wrong fuel.
• Damage to rims and tires.
• Damage done to the underneath of the car body.
• Loss or damage to keys and remote control devices.

Once the customer has made a reservation over the Internet, we will send a confirmation or refusal of the petition at the e-mail address provided.

1. The first mail will confirm that we have correctly received the personal details.
2. The second mail to confirm or reject the request.

Your first email does not imply the confirmation of your reservation. The service given at the airport does not charge any extra fees.

No extra charge is levied for the service provided at the airport offices.

The personal details provided over the Internet will be treated as confidential and will not be made available to third parties.

Vehicles may be collected from any of our airport or tourist destination offices. It is essential to present the driving licence to be able to take it.

It is necessary for the customer the number of reservation in E-mail which confirms the acceptation of the car to be able to take it.

Payment should be made in our offices upon collection of the vehicle. Payment cannot be made over the Internet.

The delivery of cars confirmed out of office hours will have an extra charge.

Drivers must hold a driver's licence that is valid within Europe and have at least 3 year?s experience behind the wheel.

The minimum age for hiring a car is 25.

Customers should return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when collected.

We are not responsible for any object left inside the car.

Cars may not be taken out of the original island.

Drivers are responsible for any legal infraction made by them while driving or parking of the vehicle (fines, parking, etc.) according to the Driving Code and other effective legal dispositions.

Children and baby car seats are available free of charge for reservations made over the Internet.The roof racks are only available to the groups B and C. For this, in addition charge of 2€ per day is added. Only one surfboard can be transported on each roof rack. Surfboards have to put on the roof racks and not inside the car.
