Internet rates are subject to changes at any moment. Bookings made through www.low-cost-car.com offer special rates and conditions that cannot be applied for reservations made by phone or at the counter of our offices.
The driver license must be valid in Spain and, at least, must have been issued three years prior. Also, the minimum age for rental is 23 years. Drivers between 23 and 25 years inclusive must pay 5 € + taxes per day to a maximum of 50€ + taxes per rental.

Additional insurance "Safe" (SCDW) covers excess and does not make any lock on the credit card. This insurance "Safe" will cost 5€ plus taxes per day to a maximum of 75€ plus tax per rental.
Once the customer makes his or her reservation through the Internet, he or she will receive two E-mails to the address given to us:
The first E-mail (data receipt) DOES NOT CONFIRM THE RESERVATION.
No payment will be made through www.low-cost-car.com . Payment should be made in our offices upon collection of the vehicle.
Vehicles may be collected from any of our airport (Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura) or tourist destination offices (Gran Canaria South). It is necessary that the driver presents a credit card on his / her name for the payment upon collection of the car. It is also essential to present the number of reservation which confirms the acceptation of the car to pick it up.
No cash or debit cards are accepted.
Child Seats have the following specifications (ISO 9140; 9-18 Kg) and Child Booster Seat (ISO 9200; 18-36 Kg.)
The roof racks are only available for groups B and R (See fleet) and they cost 2€ per day plus tax per rental.
Only one surfboard can be transported by vehicle. The surfboard must be placed on the roof rack and never directly on the roof or inside the vehicle. Any other object cannot be transported on the roof rack. TopCar S.L. does not assume any damage to the vehicle or to the third-party caused by the surfboard transported on the roof rack. These damages will be responsibility of the Renter.
We are not responsible for any object left inside the car.

The delivery of confirmed cars out of office hours will have an extra charge of 30€.
Customers should return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when collected.
Cars may not be taken out of the original island.
The personal details (See legal notice) provided through www.low-cost-car.com will be treated as confidential and will not be made available to third parties.
Drivers are responsible for any legal infraction made by them while driving or parking the vehicle (fines, parking, etc.) according to the Driving Code and other effective legal dispositions.
You can cancel the reservation by mail or phone without any cost.
